Ingredients of Synedrex Pills

Synedrex is a metabolism boosting capsule from Metabolic Nutrition. It is made up of several ingredients with functions ranging from mood enhancing to blood sugar regulation.

Synedrex promises that their proprietary blend increases metabolic rate, suppresses hunger, boosts energy level and enhances focus. Looking at all the ingredients, we see that each has a specific purpose in delivering the promises made by Synedrex.

Synedrex, in addition to being a diet pill, also acts as a multivitamin capsule.

It provides a few vitamins and minerals, which means you may not have to take your usual vitamin supplements. A Synedrex capsule contains vitamin B3 in the form of Niacin, vitamin B6 in the form of Pyridoxine Hydrochloride and vitamin B12 as Cyanocobalamin.

Niacin is required to keep several systems in our body healthy. It can also raise the levels of good cholesterol (high density lipoprotein cholesterol) while reducing the low density bad cholesterol and triglycerides. However Niacin causes body to get pretty hot.

It causes blood vessels to dilate and causes a phenomenon called ‘Niacin flush‘. Thus the main thermogenic effects of Synedrex are due to Niacin. Vitamins B6 and B12 are helpful in regulating blood sugar and to improve mood. B12 helps produce Serotonin which is known as the ‘feel good’ chemical.

Synedrex also contains several micrograms of trace mineral Chromium.

Chromium is known to help keep blood sugar in check by enabling smart use of insulin. It aids fast weight loss and rapid muscle building. It thus has a very important role in the capsules functionality.

The success of Synedrex is owed to the proprietary blend in the capsule. It contains Methylxanthine, Sulbutiamine, Methylpentane Citrate, Yohimbine, ALA, and Sandalwood Extract, Poly-iodo-Thyronine and Meridextrine.

Methylated Xanthines

Methylated Xanthines are a primary source of caffeine along with theophylline, aminophylline, paraxanthine, and theobromine. It helps keep energy levels up through the day. It is however, a diuretic and may cause dehydration, so, drinking plenty of water is essential while on Synedrex. Methylpentane Citrate is another name for 1, 3 dimethylamylamine or DMAA. It is used to energize the user while significantly reducing appetite.

It was introduced as a dietary supplement to replace ephedrine. DMAA in its various forms helps in weight loss through thermogenic methods.

Yohimbine Hydrochloride

Yohimbine Hydrochloride is derived from a Yohimbe tree.

Out of the three alpha receptors A, B, C in our body, Alpha B receptor is closely related to metabolic activity. If this receptor is activated, like when body enters starvation mode, it slows down metabolic activity. Yohimbine prevents this from happening. It prevents the activation of this receptor, and hence ensures continuous metabolic activity and thus weight loss.

It was found to increase non-esterified fatty acids which form because of fat breaking down. The effectiveness of Yohimbine depends on what part of the tree it comes from and its cultivation and extraction techniques. Yohimbine causes nausea and more serious side effects in someone not used to it. Users are advised to take Yohimbine supplements and check their reaction to it before starting on Synedrex.

Sulbutiamine is a derivative of vitamin B1, which crosses the blood brain barrier effectively and fast. It helps overcome weakness by increasing focus and strength. It helps to think clearly and is used to cure fatigue. It is used in Synedrex to ensure that curbing hunger doesn’t cause lethargy .

Synedrex also contains ALA i.e. alpha lipoic acid and green tea extracts, both of which are anti oxidants. ALA also produces other anti oxidants. Poly-iodo-Thyronine is another thermogenic substance causing mitochondrial heat production.

It increases oxidation of fatty acids which means more fat loss. Synedrex has sandalwood extracts whose benefits aren’t clear. Sandalwood oil is known to alter moods which could be purpose of the extracts in the capsule. Other ingredients in Synedrex are Dipotassium phosphate, Silicon Dioxide, Magnesium Stearate, Titanium Dioxide etc.

As many ingredients of Synedrex contain caffeine and other energy boosters, these capsules may disrupt your sleeping pattern.

These capsules must be taken only in morning or afternoon.

The ingredients of the proprietary blend help curb the hunger pangs, oxidise fat, increase metabolic rate. Plus the added vitamins and minerals act as energy boosters and help you go through daily activities with ease.

Some of the ingredients do have side effects but mostly the benefits are more than the side effects.
